Peacock Cottage is inspired by the shape of the tail and colours of a peacock also considering the needs of its immature and self-centred owner. It is boldly coloured, modern, minimalist and sleek.The ground floor consists of a kitchen dining area, a well appointed bathroom and a large bedroom outfitted with less traditional features including a bar. Hunter believes a man should never be further than 12 feet from a cold beer, even when in bed! The rest of the comments are from Hunter's POV so excuse the fact that I sound like a snobby, immature party boy! Also confusingly the sim in the pics is not Hunter!
Upstairs is a man cave and a balcony from which a gentleman who is ready to mingle can survey the passers by whilst enjoying a BBQ and a game of beer pong with his buddies.
The landscaping is rugged (it's literally a rockery!) and features a massive hot tub outback for pool parties. Clothes optional though!
